-Identify and introduce efficient methods and tools to improve the sales process
-Define and Document policies and standard operating procedures for the sales organization.
-Define and oversee new sales person on-boarding process, including training and mentorship plan
-Develop and enforce sales team processes to ensure timely and accurate data capture and management in Salesforce.com.
-Conduct ongoing performance analysis of all sales channels (direct and channel) to include but limited to ADM and RAM sales activities (i.e. prospecting, lead conversion, sales stage progression, pipeline/forecasts, actual sales, quota attainment, win/loss, etc.) and report to Sales management, Finance, Business Operations. Reporting will include standard and adhoc reports via Salesforce.com.
-Create custom dashboards and reports in Salesforce.com
-Integratation of business and prospecting tools with Sales process and Salesforce.com (i.e. data.com, Rainking, etc.)
-Maintain on-line sales team support role for addressing questions, escalations and ensuring timely customer support.
-Develop and maintain strong working relationship with Marketing. Coordinate with Marketing team on marketing campaigns. Create and execute project plans that drive efficiencies in lead conversions to opportunities, opportunity progression through pipeline, and ultimately wins.
-Be the subject matter expert and lead contact for lead flow and assignment in both Marketo and Salesforce.com (Administrator level).
-Coordinate and project manage all aspects of new sales employee orientation and training.
-Monitor and manage sales team headcount and participate in planning activities for both short and long term.
-May also perform special projects as needed.
-Bachelor’s Degree preferred
-2-5 years working in Operations role with Sales and Marketing; knowledge of the sales process and the proven ability to scale organizations.
-Admin level experience with Salesforce.com essential. Familiarity with Marketo is a plus.
-Strong analytical, strategic planning, forecasting, interpersonal skills, communications skills (oral, written and presentation), critical thinking, decision making and organizational skills.
-Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
